Annual Office for the Aging Awards
Each year the Advisory Council of the Office for the Aging awards 2 awards to Herkimer County senior citizens. The two awards are: “Person of the Year” and “Outstanding Contribution.” The award nominations are submitted to the Office for the Aging by mail or email. For the 2023 awards, nominations need to be submitted by Wednesday, February 15, 2023. For more information regarding the information needed and the rules, please see the attached link labeled “Award Criteria.” This is a perfect opportunity to recognize a deserving older adult.
